From the landing point, you start to climb the great hill to the far away Christmas tree.
And at the moment, there is a Christmas Fair - with more great shopping to be done!
There is a Christmas market to the West, and an ice-skating rink.
Dont forget to explore the entire area. I think I found Santas home...

And how is is, that I always find a piano in all the sims I visit? 
Last time I was here (back in May), I enjoyed watching a small toy train set. Its not here anymore, but I still managed to find enough to keep me entertained...
While you're there, dont forget to explore the other surrounding sims.
